What are your rates?
|
|
Our rates depend on the size and scope of the project. In addition to that while some clients prefer to pay by the hour, others request a fixed bid. If you would like to provide us with a little detail regarding your project, we would be more than happy to provide you with a free quote.

We have experience in the manufacturing, healthcare and hospitality industries.

What are your payment terms?
|
|
For hourly projects we invoice clients on the 1st and 16th of the month. For fixed bid projects, we normally require 50% up front, 25% at user acceptance testing, and the final 25% upon installation.

Who owns the software you develop for me?
|
|
You do. Upon project completion you own the executables, source code, and any supporting elements such as scripts and/or audio. We retain the right to reuse source code in future projects for other clients as long as it does not contain any trade secrets or other proprietary or protected information.

What technologies do you specialize in?
|
|
We normally develop software for a Windows environment but have also worked with Linux/Unix. Our primary programming language is Java and usually use Microsoft’s SQL Server database.

What if I want you to work with a technology you are not familiar with?
|
|
If we believe the knowledge gained from learning this technology can be used on future projects, we will learn the technology at no cost to you. However if learning this technology does not present any value beyond this project, we will bill for the time spent learning it.
